Terms of service

By booking or paying a deposit with Aesthetically G, you agree to these terms.

Services: Laser tattoo removal using picosecond laser technology, at a private studio in Quellerina, Johannesburg. Every client starts with a consultation and patch test.

Eligibility: Clients must be 18 or older.

Health and consent: You must give accurate health information and sign a consent form before treatment. We may postpone or decline treatment if it isn't safe.

Results: Results vary between individuals. Most tattoos need several sessions, and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing: Prices are per session, based on tattoo size, and confirmed at your consultation. The R150 consultation fee is paid on the day and deducted from your first treatment if you book within 30 days of your patch test.

Bookings and deposits: Book your time through our online booking link. Your appointment is secured once your deposit is paid, and unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours. Deposits are deducted from your session price. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

Aftercare: Please follow the aftercare instructions we give you.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer law.
