Refund policy

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. The R150 consultation fee is paid on the day and is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. It is deducted from your first treatment if you book within 30 days of your patch test. Your appointment is secured once your deposit is paid, and unpaid bookings are released after 24 hours. Results vary between individuals and complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
