Does it hurt? Most clients describe it as a sharp snapping or stinging feeling. Pain varies by person and by tattoo location. Optional numbing cream is available to make treatment more comfortable.
How many sessions will I need? It depends on the size, colours, age, and depth of the ink, and on your skin. Many tattoos need several sessions. We will give you an honest estimate at your consultation.
Is the consultation free? You can get a free consultation on WhatsApp. The in-person consultation and patch test is R150, paid on the day, and it is deducted from your first treatment if you book within 30 days of your patch test.
Can every colour be removed? Dark inks such as black and dark blue generally respond best. Some colours, like light greens, yellows, and pastels, can be more stubborn. Results vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee complete removal.
Is it safe for my skin tone? We assess your skin type at your consultation and do a patch test first, so we can choose suitable settings and treat carefully.
How long between sessions? Usually around 6 to 8 weeks.
What should I do before and after treatment? Avoid sun exposure and tanning on the area before treatment. Afterwards, keep the area clean, protected from the sun, and follow the aftercare guide we give you.
